Jeff McNicol

Jeff McNicol has been in and around the music business his entire life. As the son of Steve McNicol of The Rugby’s, Jeff was influenced by music at a very early age in life. He learned the business by working and touring with his father and then later with his own band, The War Hippies. Jeff spent the next couple of decades working at his family’s ready mix concrete business. During the Summer of 2019 Jeff received a call from longtime friend, Mark Maxwell, and when Mark divulged his plan to add a business partner, Jeff jumped on the opportunity. Jeff said "The decision was easy to get back involved in music and give back the gift of music that my father gave me. I love our staff, our customers, and our students, and I am right where I want to be."

Whitney McNicol

Whitney met Jeff in college at the University of Louisville, and has proudly been "Jeff's biggest fan" ever since. Twenty-three years of marriage, 3 children, an Australian Shepherd named Mac and now continuing to support Jeff in his music endeavors. Whitney is an avid tennis player and loves supporting University of Louisville Cardinals. Whitney has twenty-plus years experience in Accounting and Financial Analysis and is excited to bring her skills to the Mom's Music family.

Mark Maxwell

Having grown up in a musical family, a music business, and multiple bands, Mark can truly say that he has either seen it or heard about it …assuming “it” relates to the local music scene! This extensive experience in the music community of Kentuckiana makes him an ideal resource for current and future musicians. Mark thrives on being able to educate, strengthen, and connect musicians. He wants to help musicians be their best, and he knows how to help them reach those goals…The Master Visionary!

Tonya Hennesy

Tonya comes to Mom's as our Online Sales Guru. Tonya has been around music for years; as either a roadie, band mom or band manager for her son's bands. Tonya's background in technology and web design will help streamline online sales and make the online shopping experience for customers almost effortless! Tonya has two "almost" grown kids, Sydney and Cooper, that keep her laughing every day!
